TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By entering the competition entrants consent to the collection, and use of the entrants’ information for marketing, promotional and related purposes. Acceptance of the prize by the winner permits the sponsor to use the winner’s name, address, pictures and video of the hunt for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation unless where prohibited by law
- The winner must be over the age of 18 years
- The completion will run from 26 May 2022 until 31 May 2023.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to add to, amend, or waive any of the Rules on reasonable notice, including but not limited to extending or reducing the duration of the competition.
- The prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution or exchange is allowed.
- No employees or agents of the sponsor or their immediate families are eligible to enter this competition.
- To enter fill and complete and submit this entry. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Entrants agree to accept and abide by the rules of this competition.
- The draw will be broadcasted live on Facebook and relevant platforms in Thabazimbi, South Africa on the 31st of May 2023. The draw will be monitored by an independent third party (to be nominated), who will also confirm the winner’s details and that a completely random and fair draw system is used. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw. The name of the winner will also be posted on our Facebook and Instagram. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours following the initial call and announcement and after 3 failed attempts to do so, then the sponsor reserves the right to re-draw another winner.
- Entrants indemnify the Sponsor against any claims of any nature arising from, in connection with or as a result of their participation, in any way whatsoever, in this Competition. The prize winner will be required to sign an Indemnity Form to this effect. The prize will be made available only to the identified winner.
